Ephesians 2:14 - “He Himself is our peace.” That means peace is not just a vibe or a feeling. It is a person who can move, lead, and send us into places that have never heard His name. In May 2025 I stepped out of my pastoral role and into Generation Echo full time. In just six months, God has already opened more doors than we expected. In this short video, Beth and I share a quick update on what God has done and where we believe He is leading next. 🌍 WHY GENERATION ECHO EXISTS There are still billions of people in the world who have little or no access to the gospel. Generation Echo exists to call, connect, and care for the next generation of missionaries so that the name of Jesus can echo into places where it is rarely spoken. 📊 SIX MONTH SNAPSHOT Since May 2025: • 17 events in churches, camps, and conferences • About 2,000 people in rooms hearing about God’s heart for the unreached • 6 people in an active discernment journey about long term missions • 31 partner organizations across our Call, Connect, and Care pillars These are small beginnings, but this is where movements begin. 🔥 500 ECHOES VISION We are launching 500 Echoes, a five year vision to see 500 missionaries placed and serving among unreached people groups through the call, connect, care pipeline of Generation Echo. God Already Put the Gospel in Their Culture
What would it cost to end a war between two tribes? A handshake was not enough. In one culture, the only way to make peace was for a father to give his own child to his enemies. As long as that child lived, the peace held. They called that child the Peace Child. Years later, missionary Don Richardson arrived in Papua New Guinea and discovered that this practice was a living picture of the Gospel. When he shared Jesus as God’s Peace Child, everything changed. The story of Jesus finally made sense in their cultural language. In this first episode of “Names Behind the Numbers,” we look at that story, then zoom out to the global picture. Right now there are over 7,200 unreached people groups, representing about 3.4 billion people with little or no access to the Gospel. Many live in frontier people groups, places where there are almost no known believers and no local church movement yet. These are not statistics. They are names. Families. Stories. People God loves who have never heard about the true Peace Child. Gods Glory or My Plans?
We all have plans. Career paths. Dreams we’ve been building toward for years. But what happens when God asks you to lay those down? In this episode, I share a story that asks a hard question: What if I spend my whole life building something God never asked me to build? We look at the lives of Moses, Paul, and Mary... three people whose surrender cost them everything, yet opened the door to something eternal.
