Pipeline FAQ

What is the Missions Mobilization Pipeline?

The pipeline is Generation Echo’s step-by-step process that guides individuals from first interest in missions all the way to long-term deployment. We don’t train and send—we mobilize, connect, and care.

What are the stages of the pipeline?

1. Explore & Engage: Events, Bible studies, local outreach.
2. Train & Prepare: Mentorship, training, and a trip.
3. Experience & Go: 6 months of hands-on ministry.
4. Post-Pipeline Support: Quarterly check-ins and continued development.

How long does the pipeline take?

The full pipeline typically spans 12–24 months, but the first stage is open-ended and flexible based on your readiness and availability.

What happens at the end of the pipeline?

You’ll be prepared, connected with a sending agency, and supported in taking the next step into long-term missions—or remain supported while you wait.

Who is this for?

Anyone sensing a call to long-term missions—especially Gen Z and Gen Alpha—whether you’re sure or still discerning.

Is this a sending agency?

No. Generation Echo mobilizes and connects people with trusted sending agencies. We do not provide formal missionary training or sending structures.

Do I have to commit to long-term missions right away?

Nope. The pipeline is designed for exploration and discernment. You can take each step as you’re ready, without pressure to commit upfront.

What if I’m not ready after the pipeline?

That’s totally fine. Our Post-Pipeline Support phase ensures you’re still mentored, trained, and encouraged until you’re ready to go.

Is there a cost?

Some activities, trips, or resources may involve costs, but we help you with fundraising and keep it accessible. Cost should never be a barrier.

Can I do this with my church or small group?

Absolutely! We love partnering with churches, pastors, and ministries to bring the pipeline to your community. Let’s talk!

Missions Organization Partnerships

The work has begun. Faithful organizations are already serving the unreached. All that’s missing is your “yes.”
